These honeys are incredible! While I enjoy most of them, my favorite is Salin’ the C’s. I can taste the rosehips so fully it makes me smile. I have a young child in school, so there is a constant stream of sickness making its way through his school. In an effort to keep us well, I put this delicious honey in our teas as well as eat it by the spoonful.
